Refund policy

Preamble:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging, preferably.
This condition will differ if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt. In this case, please follow the procedure outlined in the "Exchanges" section below.


Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period.


Section 2 - Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There may be processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page.


Section 3 - Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Section 4 - Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us via the "Contact Us" page.
In your email, please include your order number (or a copy of your invoice) and proof of defect (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items), and send your item to the address indicated on the packaging of your parcel.


Section 5 - Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page.

Customer's Shipping Address:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary (10 to 15 business days).
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
