It is preemptively stated that these terms exclusively govern sales via the site.
These terms are addressed to a consumer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all orders placed on this site.
This site is not the manufacturer of the goods for sale. The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions, etc.) are based on the information provided by the supplier. However, the site respects the current quality and manufacturing standards.
If the product and/or characteristics do not match what the customer receives, we invite you to click here to see the site’s refund policy.
These general terms are presented in French.
We operate under the micro-enterprise regime. You can find the rules and conditions of this regime by clicking here.
Section 1 - Steps for Concluding the Online Contract
Order
You make your selection by browsing through the pages of our site. Your selections are added to your cart when you click “Add to Cart.” At any time during your browsing, you can validate your order by clicking “Checkout.”
Contract Validation
When you click “Checkout,” a confirmation message will appear summarizing all selected products and options. On this page, you can either update your cart by modifying quantities or deleting items or proceed by checking the “I accept the T&Cs” and “Secure Payment” box.
You must verify the details entered, especially those essential for delivery (delivery address, door code, phone numbers, etc.). Pre-collecting identification details (first name, last name, email address, payment details, etc.) helps streamline the contract process. The customer can save their details by checking the “Save my details for next time” box.
If no changes are needed and you want to continue, click “Proceed to Shipping Method.”
To continue your order, click “Proceed to Payment Method,” then “Place my Order.”
After payment on our secure server (see "Payment"), an acknowledgment of receipt will appear, confirming your order and informing you that a confirmation email will be sent shortly.
In case of a risk related to product availability, we reserve the right to refuse an order for the same product when the quantity exceeds 100.
Identification and Correction of Errors
You can at any time identify and correct errors made when entering your data. If you notice an error after the contract has been concluded, please contact us here.
Section 2 - Methods for Archiving and Accessing the Contract
We will archive contracts, order forms, and invoices on a reliable and durable medium.
You have the right to access these documents for orders of $120 or more.
Section 3 - Legal and Contractual Guarantees
Legal Guarantees
In accordance with the current legal provisions concerning the conformity of goods to the contract and hidden defects (available in Appendix 1 of these terms), we will refund, repair, or exchange any product that appears defective, damaged, or does not match your order.
We will also refund the full return shipping costs upon presentation of supporting documents (photo, video, etc.).
In such cases, please refer to our [Refund Policy].
Responsibility
We do our best to satisfy you. We are responsible for the proper execution of these terms. However, our responsibility will not be engaged in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable third-party actions, or non-compliance of the product with foreign legislation when delivering to a country other than Canada.
Section 4 - Delivery Times, Fees, and Modalities
Delivery Methods
We will deliver the products to the address provided in the order form.
Delivery Time
We will deliver no later than the date indicated in the order confirmation message (3 to 5 business days).
In case of a delay, we will inform you by email promptly and propose a new delivery date.
If the product ordered is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer a product of equivalent quality or price.
Delivery Costs
On this site, delivery is free of charge.
Delivery Tracking
You can contact us via email for any inquiries related to your delivery (click here to access the "Contact Us" section).
Additionally, we offer a “Order Notification” service that sends real-time updates on the status and progress of your order (usually one notification every 2 days).
Section 5 - Price
Our product prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes.
If you request delivery outside Canada, your order may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties upon arrival at its destination.
Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility, and we recommend you check with the relevant authorities in your country. You should also verify the importation or use possibilities of the products you order in the destination country.
Section 6 - Payment Methods and Security
We charge your payment at the time of shipping. Therefore, you can cancel your order as long as it is not handed over to our carrier for shipping. Once your order is handed to the carrier, an email will notify you that we are charging your payment.
However, in some cases, payment may be processed when the contract is concluded.
Payment Methods
You have several payment options to pay for your purchases on this site:
-
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other credit cards.
Payment is processed securely via our partner Shop Payment. This ensures that no banking information is transmitted through our site.
Credit card payments are fully secure; your order will be registered and validated once the bank you have chosen accepts the payment.
Security
Payments through our site are secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for your credit card information. To protect you from potential intrusions, we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Section 7 - Satisfaction Guarantee / Right of Withdrawal
Except for return shipping fees, which remain your responsibility, we will refund the total amount paid within 30 days of your withdrawal. You may also opt for another refund method if we offer one.
Under the legal provisions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products, products with specific consumer requirements, or for unsealed audio, video recordings, or software.
Section 8 - Duration of the Contract and Price Validity
Products remain the full property of this site until full payment is received through Shop Payment.
Our price offers are valid within the dual limit of the offer's validity period and available stock.
Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are online on the site at the time of the order.
Section 9 - Applicable Law / Competent Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Canadian and Quebec law.
In case of a dispute, Quebec courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Section 10 - Contact Us / Customer Service
If you wish to contact us, our customer service is available through the "Contact Us" page.
Section 11 - Personal Information
We collect your personal information for managing your orders and maintaining our commercial relationship.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, delete, correct, and object to your personal data. You may write to us online at Customer Service, indicating your name, email address, address, and, if possible, your customer reference. (See "Privacy Policy")
