Product Shipping

Products are shipped regularly within a maximum of 48 hours after your order is received. Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) for residents of Quebec.

Order Tracking
To track your order, you can view your tracking number by clicking on the "View My Order" link included in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails. Please note that tracking is typically available approximately 4 days after your order is shipped.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an initial confirmation email, followed by a second email informing you of your order's shipment. We recommend closely monitoring your order's tracking, as it is possible that it may be held at the post office. However, please note that a delivery notice may not always be left in your mailbox.

Post Office Pickup
The post office will hold your package for 15 days. If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, you will be asked to pay for the reshipment of your order.

Order Cancellation
You have a two-hour window after placing your order to cancel it using our contact form in the dedicated section. After this period, a refund can only be processed after the complete receipt of your order at our facility.

Responsibility
We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses. Please ensure that the information you provide during checkout is accurate.
